Welcome to PCGS

Welcome to the Patel College of Global Sustainability (PCGS) at the University of South Florida, where sustainability education is delivered through learning, innovation, and practical applications intended to solve real-world problems. 

PCGS is an incubator for sustainable innovation and a hub for training a new generation of global sustainability graduates with passion for transcending disciplinary boundaries to address the multifaceted sustainability challenges facing our communities and the planet at large. In parallel with education, PCGS is well known locally, nationally, and internationally for its exceptional applied research in sustainable energy, water,鈥痑nd food systems that are designed to support economic growth and social well-being through sustainable processes and products.

At PCGS, our students graduate to become tomorrow's sustainability leaders in the public and private sectors. However, success after graduation depends heavily on student passion, drive, and, especially, involvement. Our College offers students numerous opportunities to get hands-on experience in environmental, social, and economic sustainability through internships, research opportunities, scholarships, and community projects throughout their studies at 鲍鱼tv.
