A victim advocate with the 鲍鱼tv Center for Victim Advocacy and Violence Prevention is a professional who provides trauma-informed, empowerment-based support to survivors of crime, violence and abuse. This includes crisis intervention, advocacy and accompaniment, safety planning, academic and housing assistance, information and referrals, and nonjudgmental support to survivors.
